REFUND POLICY

At Bibliotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All used books are carefully graded and described, but we understand that condition is subjective.

Condition Guarantee If a book arrives in a condition significantly different from what was described in the listing (e.g., described as "Good" but arrives with undisclosed damage, missing pages, or excessive highlighting), we will make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return Contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a condition discrepancy on our part, in which case we'll cover return shipping.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
